How we work
Most problems in an old house start where two trades meet.
A mason builds the wall. A different plumber cuts into it afterwards. Neither one is responsible for what happens next. We do both under one contract, so that gap does not exist on your site.

Structure
Foundations dug to the depth the soil needs
Proper running bond, every course checked plumb, plaster brought level. A wall that looks fine on day one but cracks in year three was never built right.
Services
Pipes planned into the structure, not chased into it
Opening a wall twice costs double. Supply and drainage are routed before the plaster goes on, every line is pressure-tested, and you get a drawing of where it all runs.
Sanitation
Waterproofing under the tiles, not paint over them
Septic tanks sized for the household. Floor traps that actually carry water away. This is the half of the trade where shortcuts show up two monsoons later.

An itemised quote covering material and labour, with a timeline we believe. Take your time with it. Compare it. Ask us about any line on it.

We build, you watch
Regular updates, and you are welcome on site whenever you like. Payment in stages against work actually completed.
Questions
Questions we get asked
Do you take on small repair jobs, or only full houses?
Both. A blocked drain or a leaking tap is as welcome as a new build. Small jobs are how most of our long-term clients started with us.
How much does building a house in Tripura cost?
It depends far more on the finish level than on the square footage. We would rather visit and give you a real number than quote a per-square-foot rate that turns out to mean nothing once you pick your tiles.
Do you work outside Agartala?
Yes, across most of Tripura. Distance affects the timeline more than the price. Call and ask about your area.
Can you do only the plumbing if someone else is building?
Yes. A good share of our work is plumbing and sanitation on other contractors' sites.
How do payments work?
In stages, against work actually completed. Nothing large is needed upfront.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and what is already running. Call and ask — we would rather tell you honestly than promise a date we cannot keep.
